I've Been Tagged....

So, I've been tagged by my friend Chelsea...so, here are 7 random things about me, including a few confessions....

1~ I am a HUGE Josh Groban fan! He is amazing to me! My fave songs that he sings are "February Song" and "To Where You Are."

2~ I am obsessed with cleanliness in our house...especially the kitchen. I cannot go to bed without it being clean AND smelling fresh. If I do, I'll wake up thinking about it in the middle of the night. In fact, when I was pregnant, I got up sometimes to clean in the middle of the night....I know, CRAZY!

3~ I love finding a great pair of shoes. For some reason, I start shaking when I find some shoes that I HAVE TO HAVE! It's really silly..and kind of embarassing...I know. But, I just LOVE shoes.

4~ When I was at KSU, I taught aerobics 3 days a week and loved it! Exercising is a HUGE part of my life....(not as much recently...I don't have time!). I taught fitness aerobics for pregnant women called "Fit Expectations." It was awesome! Those women amazed me how they could do step aerobics at 9 months pregnant!

5~ I love school. I have always said that if I could get paid for being a professional student, I would! College was the time of my life! I love to learn!

6~ When I was first married, I did not want children! Gasp! Sounds crazy, huh? So, here I am....2 children later, and I could not imagine my life without them!

7~ After high school, I thought I'd NEVER meet my future husband, so I started Grading every guy I dated against a scale that I created in a workshop about abstinence. I never told anyone that I was actually "grading" my boyfriends....but, it really was a good thing! BTW~Jason made the grade and got bonus points too! And, yeah...I had a bonus list of qualities too....:)

~~I am tagging anyone and everyone that wants to share a little about themselves!

Fall Is Our Favorite!

Well, it was back to Berry Patch Farms this year to see the pumpkin patch, petting zoo, and to ride on the hayride! We had such a wonderful time! This year, my parents went with us, which Noah loved! It was nonstop fun....and, we had the BEST warm apple pie afterwards....it really was the perfect day! Enjoy our pictures!

Playtime With Layla & Tanner!

Over the weekend, we had the Thurmonds over for pizza and Halloween cupcakes! Yum! Basically, Tanner and Sailer just sat in the floor and chewed on everything they could get their little hands on...they are both teething! It is so fun to see them together..they are 25 days apart! As for Layla and Noah, they are the PERFECT playmates for each other. This is how Aimee and I put it....Layla is bossy, and Noah is a pushover (bless his heart), so the night consisted of Layla telling Noah what to do, and Noah saying, "Ok...Waywa...." So Cute!

Love My Kids!

Sweet little Sailer had bedhead for the first time a few mornings ago...she was stuck up in her bumper pad, and when she rolled over, she had a fro! She's so funny!

More Flower Power Pics...

Hi! I know..I know..it's been awhile...TOO Long! I used to be better at blogging, but we have had SOOO SOOO much going on in our lives lately. Maybe I'll be able to blog about it soon, but for now, here are some recent pictures of the loves of my life. As requested, here are a few of Sailer in her Flower Hat....I think my friends and family love this hat so much b/c everyone seems to want to know where to find one.....EBAY!!!

Just thought I'd throw this one in...Sailer has been sitting in her booster lately for feedings. She loves this "crunchy book." It's probably her favorite toy at the moment. It makes a funny sound, and it can occupy her for a LONG time, which is great for me! :) She is doing well eating her "solids." She loves apples and chicken, bananas, strawberries, tutti frutti dessert, and harvest vegetables. However, I can tell that she'll want to try REAL food soon, b/c she stares at our food all of the time. How 'bout getting some teeth first, ok Sailer?? :)

What's Going On...

Noah is LOVING school this year! He is in week 6, and this picture was taken last week during Noah's first show-n-tell. Since it was "red" month, he took a red hard hat from Blowing Rock to show the class. He loves wearing hats, and he got to share his hat with all of the other students. Ms. Robin said that he had to turn the lights off in the class and show everyone the light that comes on in the front....hehe! He's the best! Love him SOOO much!

I tried and tried to get Noah and Sailer to cooperate for a picture with their "Park Street" shirts on...this is about the best that I could do. Park Street is the children's program that they are both involved in at our church. Sailer is in Park Street, Junior, and Noah just graduated to Park Street. I have recently started working as a Child Care Coordinator (big title for babysitter...ha!) on Wednesday nights, which is awesome b/c Noah is able to go to KidVenture and Kid Choir!!! He Loves it. Wish you all could hear his singing ..it's actually pretty good! :)
Silly moment in the bath....
Sorry Jason, but Noah loves putting Sailer's clothes on...and he LOVES pink! Oops! Oh, well...I'm sure that will change....

Our Girl Is Changing....:)

I cannot believe that Sailer is 6 months old now! I cannot tell you how much of a joy she is to our family! This first year is amazing..as many of you parents know. It's probably the hardest, but the most changing at the same time. Everyday, Sailer looks different to me, and she is doing different things and showing affection in different ways. I ADORE my little girl!

Kissy Face! I kiss this girl all day long! How could I not??
