Falling For Fall!!!!

Well...Hi Folks! Surprise! Surprise! We're still here and kickin'...lol! :) Hope this beautiful Fall season is finding you all happy and well! Our little family of four has been busy, busy, but Happy Happy too! This is my favorite season....pumpkins, the sweet smell of spices, baking, watching the leaves fall, finally having a good hair day...(haha!), and listening to the precious sound of my kids laughing and giggling as they bounce in the cool, crisp autumn air! It's wonderful & such a gift from God, isn't it? As you may have guessed, I have so much to blog about...and so little time. This is a little of what's been up at the Pendley house....first, Noah wrapped up his first soccer season last Friday night with a special awards banquet...and, how sweet it was! He received his first soccer trophy! This season was so incredibly fun and exciting! We can't wait until he can play again next Spring. We also attended Noah's Fall Party and Fall Festival at his school....which was a blast as well! Still haven't uploaded pics from these events, but maybe soon....:) And, of course, we made a little time for family with pumpkin carving, cookie baking, crafting, and picture-taking in the falling leaves! Splendid! In the midst of all this madness, our baby girl turned 19 months old....all 22 pounds of her...lol! What can I say? Our baby girl is a dainty little curly-head! She's still in 10th percentile for weight, and 75th for height...tall and skinny are my little ones, for sure! :) Both of our children are a complete joy and sure blessing in our lives! Thank you Jesus for that! :) Anyway....know that I am cutting this VERY short, but at least I'm providing pictures below to document some of our fun! A more detailed post will follow soon on a few important things that I can't wait to blog about.....until then, hope you all are having an amazing Fall!

Watching for the next leaf to fall.....this picture makes me so happy! :)

I have to admit...I'm so in love with this girl...can't you tell how long her hair is getting? Even with the curls! In the bath, her hair is down to her shoulder blades! I'll have to take a picture to prove that one! By the way....I made Sailer this dress! It's the second one that I've made....still FAR from perfect, but I get so excited to see her in something that I've made for her! :) Hope to make some more soon....
I can be sly if I want to....watch out!

My sweet as pie little niece, Maddie....we got several pictures of her at our family Halloween party, but this one epitomizes who she is to me....ever since she was born, she has always had her eyes WIDE OPEN as far as they will go....it's as if she doesn't want to miss a thing! It makes me smile everytime I see her do this!
A special Halloween cupcake cake for the kids....
And, a special birthday cake for Aunt Kristin, who turned the BIG 2-7 on Nov. 1st!!!! By the way....Kristin collects pigs....so, we are not calling her a "pig" by getting this cake....she adores piggies! :)
Kristin & I with the girls.....
Sailer was a funky pirate girl.....
The grandkids.....can you tell that poor little Sailer had a temp. of 104.2 in this picture???? Yep, that's right! Her little eyes were so weak looking to me....
On Halloween night, the kids went trick or treating with Charlotte in Brookstone....we got yummy candy and had WAY TOO MUCH FUN!!! ...even though it was misty and yucky!
The girls.....
Sailer going up to her first door.....

For show-n-tell, Noah decided to take his pumpkin to show his friends....but, not before adorning it with Halloween stickers....

Mommy's little helper....she felt like such a big girl!
Noah didn't mind the guts...Sailer and I steered clear! YUK!

Lindsey & I joke about this picture..IF these two marry one day, this picture will most definitely be shown at the engagement party! I think we both are secretly hoping that they will marry! :)
